Allie ClarkAllie is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers.  Allie has received a Bachelor of Arts from Redeemer University College in Social Work and Sociology, a Bachelor of Social Work through the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Social Work through the University of Windsor.  Allie started out her work consulting as an Equine Specialist in the field of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, focusing on work with families and individuals and groups.

Currently, Allie is a Clinical Counselor at a multi-service counselling agency, where the focus of her work is in family violence. Allie is a skilled clinician who works from a client-led framework—incorporating elements of art, mindfulness and meditation. Allie has experience facilitating experiential-mindfulness based groups, and therapeutic groups—both with horses and “in the office.”

Allie’s approach reflects the understanding that our journeys in life are filled with opportunities to discover unexpected strength and that embracing these journeys draws us into experiences of reconnection, restoration, and the power that comes from bringing light to our inner voice.
